The space This room comes with a shared bathroom located next door. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and essentials for a comfortable stay. Guest access Guests have full access to their private bedroom and a shared bathroom located next door. Shared spaces include the living room, kitchen, and dining area where you can relax and enjoy your stay. Free parking is available on-site. For security, the main entrance has a keyless entry system, making check-in and checkout easy. While we respect your privacy, we’re available if you need any assistance during your stay. During your stay We respect our guests' privacy but are happy to assist if needed. Whether you prefer a self-check-in experience or occasional interaction, we are available via Airbnb messages, texts, or phone calls for any questions or concerns. If you need local recommendations or assistance during your stay, feel free to reach out! Other things to note To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we kindly ask guests to follow a few house guidelines (please refer to house rules for more details) - Bookers must be guests, we don’t allow you book for someone else rather than your spouse/significant other. - Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Please use designated outdoor area (front porch) if needed. If you are found to have been smoking inside the property, you agree to pay an additional $500.00 cleaning fee. - Guest Limit: Only registered guests are allowed. Unregistered guests will be charged $50/guest/night. 🚫 No visits from family members/friends inside the house. - Please report damages immediately. Any missing or damaged items will be charged accordingly. - We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. - We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. - Minimal cooking preferred, and please clean up after yourself. - Laundry facilities are available at extra charges. - No pets. - No parties/events/loud music allowed at all times. - No smoking/vaping. - No drugs use.
