This premium and perfectly located Villa has everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. The heated pool is set in a beautiful garden and the jacuzzi is an amazing place to relax. There is an outdoor area with BBQ, dining table for 10, a sofa area and loungers. Following renovation the house will have 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms from March 2026 onwards. You also have private residents entrance to one of the best beaches in the area, just a few minutes walk from the villa! Welcome! The space This villa is of exceptional quality, and beautifully furnished. Some unique and outstanding features of this property are the private residents beach access, the jacuzzi on the terrace and the heated pool, which make this a fantastic property for swimming all year round! There is an electric pool cover so it's very easy to keep the warmth in winter. The large garden has a hammock, sunloungers and plenty of space to eat and dine, as well as 2 BBQs (a gas BBQ and a coal BBQ) There are 4 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs. In early 2026 there is renovation work to add a 5 bedroom and additional bathroom downstairs. Photos of these will be available once the renovations are finished! Upstairs you find the large master bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom with private dressing area and access to the terrace. There is also another bedroom with double bed. Downstairs is a bedroom with a double bed and a fourth bedroom which will have two bunk beds from March 2026 onwards. There are 2 bathrooms. One is conveniently located next to the back entrance, so you can shower before/ after the pool. Also downstairs will be a new master suite, with private entrance accessible from the back of the house and garden. It will have a 180cm bed and an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have comfortable beds and blackout blinds for a great night's sleep. The large living room has a smart TV so you can login with your apps such as Netflix, Disney just as you would at home. High speed WiFi and a separate desk/workspace area make this property ideal for remote working. There is a fully equipped kitchen (we also provide tea and coffee to start) and there's even a separate laundry room for your convenience. There are many restaurants in the area, you can walk to the closest ones within 10-15 minutes and there are countless attractions in Marbella and all around. The beach access is approximately 3-4 minutes walk. You also get exclusive access to the beach via a private residents gate, which means that this stretch is one of the most quiet even in summer, as public access isn't possible from the roads surrounding it. We will send you info close to arrival to help with this. We take care of all maintence of the pool for you. To do this the pool and garden are maintained by a gardener coming 1-2 times a week. We will tell you in advance which days he'll be there. The key to the beach is a special one which has no copies and if lost is a charge of €100 to replace. Please keep it safe!
