The space 🏡 Wellness & Spa Manor House (sleeps 20) Welcome to Saint-Jean-de-Braye, our large charming farmhouse nestled between the Loire and the countryside 1.5 hours from Paris, 5 to 10 minutes from Orléans and 10 minutes from the famous leisure center of Île Charlemagne (with activities such as nature escape game, canoeing, paddleboarding, sailing, tree climbing, gigantic children's playground, etc.). Designed to accommodate up to 16 people, this farmhouse of more than 280 m² is a haven of peace combining comfort, nature and relaxation thanks to the high-end amenities. (heated pool being installed, accessible from early June) Ideal for reunions with family, friends or wellness seminars, it offers spacious spaces and many cozy corners to meet... or isolate yourself. 🌿 What you'll love: - SAUNA 5 places or 2 lying down. - JACUZZI 5 to 6 places if you want relaxing massages in warmer water. - Heated SWIMMING POOL (April-November) to relax, perfectly designed for a balance between young and old 😊 The house has 6 bedrooms including 2 on the ground floor + 1 sofa bed. You will also find 1 spacious bathroom on the ground floor for your comfort and 1 other upstairs perfectly nestled between the bedrooms. The large cozy living room is equipped with 2 large tables that can accommodate 20 people (1 first up to 12 people and the second up to 8 people, the latter has been designed to be modular so that you can play pool and ping pong. The open, ultra-equipped kitchen includes: a large capacity fridge/freezer, oven, 4-burner hob, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto), kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, dryer as well as a complete set of pots, dishes, dishes and utensils in quantity. Outside, you can eat in a friendly atmosphere with a charcoal stone barbecue while enjoying the setting and the garden. The garden also offers garden furniture with a large table, pool and slide for toddlers. Finally, you can have a stay in a way that relieves the pressure of everyday life by relaxing in the most pleasant way. Fiber wifi, great for staying connected or working remotely. 🛋✨ For your comfort: Beds are made and towels are provided for the expected number of people. Please note, it is imperative to take a rinse shower before swimming (jacuzzi and pool) (an imbalance of the pH could compromise the use of its equipment during your stay).
