Guest access They will have access to the entire home and backyard, only some closets and one door in the laundry room are locked up for host use , on the backyard , clients won’t have access to the shed and also to the gate that go to the equipment room. For complete transparency, please note that there is a separate apartment located above the garage that is occupied by a mother and her daughter as long-term residents. This is not a short-term rental. The apartment has its own private entrance, and the residents do not have access to any of the home's amenities, including the pool, jacuzzi, patio, or other guest areas. Likewise, guests will not have access to the apartment or its designated private space. Both living areas are completely independent, allowing everyone to enjoy their privacy. Other things to note Thank you for choosing our property for your stay. We would like to inform you that our standard rate covers up to the number of guests specified in your reservation. If the total number of guests exceeds the amount reserved, an additional charge of $30 per person, per night will apply for the entire stay. For example, if your reservation is for six guests but eight arrive, and the stay is for four nights, this extra charge will be applied for each additional guest ($240.00) for the four nights).
