Welcome to our cozy country-style gatehouse - perfect for those seeking peace and quiet, but still want to be close to the city's amenities. The cottage is located in a historic environment just minutes from central Arboga, and offers a unique combination of nature, culture and relaxation. Here you live next to the beautiful Arbogaån river and have access to a large, lush garden - ideal for morning coffee, a dip in the river or a quiet moment with a book under the imperial linden tree. Welcome to Rosenhill. The space Grindstugan is 50 sqm and you have the whole building to yourself. The cottage has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a hall. Right next to the cottage, you have your own patio (syrenberså) with your own garden furniture and barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and toaster. Common basic goods and consumables are available such as salt, pepper, spices, dishwashing detergent, dishcloths, etc. In the well-equipped kitchen, there are also champagne, wine, beer, whiskey, schnapps and cocktail glasses, picnic basket and thermos. In the bathroom there are towels, toilet paper and hand soap. Free parking, free Wi-Fi. Guest access You have access to large parts of the garden. Down towards Arbogaån there are additional seating areas where you can enjoy the view and the rich bird life. In the river we have a pier where you can take a cooling dip. Near the jetty is our wood-fired sauna that you can access for a fee of SEK 300/2 hours (wood is included). You'll also have access to two bikes (women's and men's bikes). Other things to note In the living room of the gate house, there is also a sofa bed (140 cm). Contact the host couple for pricing if you are more than 2 people. The water heater in the gate cabin is dimensioned for 2 people. Do you have electric car we offer charging at additional cost. If you ride a motorcycle, there is a possibility to park in a garage. Sorting bins for plastic, glass and preserves are available in a space in the large bathroom.
