Welcome to our private space that is the perfect landing pad, whether you’re here for work or play! Being in the heart of Lloydminster means you’re only a few minutes drive away from all that our border city has to offer. This self-contained unit is complete with a ready to use kitchen, a cozy living room with sofa and TV, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a backyard. This home also has its own washer & dryer. Pets are welcome on a case by case basis - please message us! The space The bed linens and towels provided are based on the number of guests coming, so please let us know ahead of time how many are in your party. The backyard is for you to enjoy, but bear in mind that it is not totally enclosed and opens onto a back alley. Other things to note TV is available for you to login to your own streaming accounts. Please bring your own laundry detergent and leave the lid open on the washer if you use it. If you use the window AC unit in the bedroom, kindly turn it off before checking out. Thank you!
