They would prefer to use their own supplies. **Due to moisture and mold issues, please turn on the exhaust fan after each shower.** ## Since this is a single-person room, only one person is allowed to stay. Guests are not allowed to bring anyone to stay without the owner's consent. The owner only accepts registered persons to stay. ## Front door key arrangement: For guests who rent for one day, the landlord will provide you with the front door opening and closing service. For guests who rent for two days or more, we will lend you the front door key, and you can return it together with the room door key when you check out. Room Rules: 1) Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room. 2) Please do not eat or drink in the bedroom, please go to the dining room for meals. 3) Please turn on the exhaust fan after each shower. 4) Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am. 5) If you arrive/return after 11pm, please do not ring the doorbell. If there is no front door key provided to you .Please text me before you arrive/return (at least 30 minutes) and I will open the door for you. 6) Check-out time is before 12pm. If you have not left after the check-out time, we will charge an extra day's rent. 7) Unregistered persons are strictly prohibited from entering the house.
