The space The property is located in a quiet residential area on Lake Berger in the Gevelsberg district of Berge-Knapp. The apartment is suitable for max. 4 people and consists of a living area, bedroom, bathroom and outdoor seating. The living area has a double sofa bed, dining table, desk, 55-inch TV and fully equipped kitchenette. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (2 m x 2 m) and an additional TV. Wi-Fi / Internet is available throughout the property. Towels and linens are provided. No smoking inside the apartment. Outside there is a small terrace with seating and a parasol. Guest access The apartment can be reached from the parking lot in front of the garage. The remote control for opening the garage door is located in a key box on the left side of the garage (A39). The car parking space in front of the garage is available for the guests. The car charging station (11 kW) can be used for a fee if required. Bicycles or motorcycles can be "parked" in the garage. An electrical connection for e-bikes is available. Other things to note The surroundings are suitable for relaxing walks around Lake Berger or to the golf club "Gut Berge" with restaurant and terrace 2 km away.
