The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Minutes from HITS & Saugerties with close proximity to the NYS Thruway & local eateries. Enjoy an early morning sunrise or afternoon stroll to the Hudson River just minutes from your door step or sit back and enjoy river views from the deck. There is also a park down the street with swings and a basketball court. Seasonally enjoy a relaxing dip in the pool and pick fresh vegetables from our communial gardens. The space You have use of the main home, first and second floor. The basement is not available for use. 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, please note, the full bathroom is connected to two bedrooms. In order for the third bedroom guests to enter the full bath, they will need to walk through a connecting bedroom. Half bath is equipped with a laundry area. 1 living room, 1 livingroom/game room and a large chef kitchen with all the amenties & dining space which can host up to 12 guests for dinner. The kitchen includes a full pantry, Keurig, Espresso machine, French press, and most anything you can imagine to create an amazing meal. We also have a young vegetable garden. when in full bounty, you are welcome to help yourself. There is shared pool on the property with tenants. The pool may not be available during your stay, please inquire upon booking. Guest access The barn in the back are rentals and that area is restricted to BNB guests as well as the gardening shed. The grounds are available to roam around and enjoy the gardens and wild life. Other things to note For all year round, we are in the process of revitalizing the garden shapes and tending to the gardens. You may see us from time to time. Feel free to say hello or ask questions. However, we are all instructed to allow guests their space. For the Summer, someone will be there daily to turn the robot on in the pool in the morning and turn it off in the afternoon. They will be quick and not linger. For the Fall season, we are wine makers. October is full swing for crushing grapes and preparing our batches for homemade wine which is located in our huge basement. If our winemakers are there tending to the product, they will be outside or in the basement and not have access to your level of the home. If you see them outside, feel free to ask to see the process or for a taste. We are proud of what we make and happy to show you & taste the process. Please note, we do wash the stones down after processing, but sometimes bee's still come for a visit. Please be mindful of them if you have allergies to bees.
