The space Welcome to our peaceful 2-bedroom private farmhouse, set on a lush 3-acre estate. We’ve designed this space for families, friends, and groups looking to slow down and enjoy a quiet nature escape surrounded by greenery, open skies, and fresh air. Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements Our farmhouse has two spacious bedrooms— • Bedroom 1 features a comfortable double bed • Bedroom 2 has a thick double mattress bed To comfortably accommodate larger groups, we also provide a double sofa bed, two single sofa beds, and additional floor mattresses. With this setup, up to 11 guests can comfortably sleep while still enjoying shared and private spaces. Living & Common Areas At the heart of our home is a calm open courtyard, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, reading a book, or unwinding under the stars at night. Indoors, we’ve added carrom, chess, and basic gym equipment for guests who enjoy a mix of relaxation and light activity during their stay. Kitchenette & Utility Our fully functional kitchenette is equipped with all the essentials for simple home-cooked meals, morning coffee, or evening chai. We also provide access to a laundry area, which is especially convenient for longer stays or families traveling with kids. Outdoor Spaces & Farm Experience Step outside and explore our working farm, complete with fruit-bearing trees, a kitchen garden, and a designated animal area where friendly ducks, chickens, and turkeys roam—something kids and animal lovers truly enjoy. You’ll love the serene views of the paddy fields and the peaceful lake just behind the property. Our cozy gazebo is a favorite spot for morning tea or relaxed evening conversations. Our minimal yet classy farmhouse retreat offers privacy, open space, and an authentic farm stay experience, while still providing the comfort and flexibility of a home—perfect for a refreshing countryside getaway. Guest access Guests have full access to the farmhouse and the entire 3-acre property, including the lush gardens, courtyard, gazebo, and all outdoor spaces. You're welcome to explore the surroundings, enjoy the fruit trees, and even say hello to the ducks, chickens, and turkeys in their designated area. The only exceptions are the caretaker’s residence and the owner’s private outhouse, which are located on the property but kept separate to ensure your privacy and comfort. We’re always available if you need anything—but otherwise, the space is entirely yours to enjoy! Other things to note The kitchen is equipped for light to moderate self-cooking. Available amenities include a 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, mixer/blender, pressure cooker, flat pan (tava), cooking vessels in multiple sizes, kettle/hot water vessel, plates, glasses, cutlery (spoons and forks), and basic cooking and serving utensils. Interesting places you can also visit from our property: 1. Walk to the Lake – On the Property Enjoy a peaceful morning or evening walk to the lake behind our property. You might see peacocks and other birds. Ask our caretaker to guide you safely. 2. Monolith Rock Hike – 15 km Hike up a massive rock for breathtaking sunrise and sunset views! Spot age-old trees, bee hives, birds, bats, and monkeys along the way. It’s a steep 40-minute trek, best done barefoot—carry water. 3. Bettamugilalam Hills – 35 km A nearby hilly forest area with scenic views, cool breeze, and the feel of a mini hill station. Perfect for a short scenic drive or ride. 4. Dabbaguli Basaveshwara Swamy Temple – 65 km Bathe in the cool river cascades near this serene temple and enjoy a refreshing nature escape. 5. Hogenakkal Falls – 68 km We’re the perfect base to visit these stunning waterfalls, ideal for a day trip and photo opportunities. 6.
