Detached house with two floors. Nice patio with good sun conditions. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor as well as a TV room and toilet. The first floor has a kitchen, TV room, dining room, bathroom entrance and 1 bedroom. 3 minutes walking distance to REMA 1000 5 minutes walking distance to Åros beach The space Bedroom 1: double bed Bedroom 2: 140 cm bed Bedroom 3: Single bed If you want more than 5 guests, a mattress can be used in the bedroom. Guest access Trampoline and football goals can be used (in summer) All kitchen equipment The entire house except for the office on the 2nd floor will be available. The office will be locked. Garage and attic in the garage will be locked. Other things to note This is a private home we live in, and it is expected to be treated with respect when you stay here. All cabinets and drawers marked with private are private property and should not be used by tenants. Leave it in the same good condition as when you arrived. Everything you need to wash yourself will be available in the house under the stairs.
