Surrounded by vineyards, it invites you to relax and enjoy living together. The space The estate offers vast spaces designed for comfort and conviviality. From the entrance, you will be seduced by a beautiful bright living room, composed of a large living room with three sofas, a foosball table, a smart TV with Netflix, and a dining room equipped with a large table for 12 people. The kitchen, in a separate room, is fully equipped to delight young and old (oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, Senseo, etc.). The house has 5 comfortable bedrooms: two with king size beds (160 x 200 cm), three with double beds (140 x 190 cm) and one with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), perfect for children. Three bathrooms are available for everyone's comfort. An independent laundry is at your disposal, equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, a refrigerator with a small freezer, a washing area with sink, as well as an iron and an ironing board. Upstairs, an open mezzanine offers a relaxation area with furnished libraries and a chess table, ideal for reading or relaxing. The house is also equipped with Wi-Fi throughout the property, a pool table, ping pong table, exercise bike, darts, and a bike garage with charging socket for electric bikes. Outside, you will enjoy a large enclosed garden of about 5000 m², perfect for games, relaxation or alfresco dining. A large terrace, garden furniture and barbecue are at your disposal for friendly moments. The private pool will allow you to cool off during the sunny days.
