Please take a few minutes to read it and get acquainted with our casita. In our house, you will find everything you need for wonderful days, surrounded by nature and tranquility. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern utensils and appliances to make you feel at home. We have a coffee maker for your mornings and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, plus lots of extra things to prepare your favorite food or dessert. Your comfort and enjoyment are our priority! The house has three bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom features two queen beds. The third bedroom also has two queen beds. Property capacity: Our property can accommodate up to 10 guests. If you request to host additional guests, they must agree to use the beds already available in the house, as no additional beds are provided. Each additional guest will be charged an extra $40 per night, per person. For any additional guests, you must contact us in advance to request approval. If approved, the corresponding fee must be paid at the time of booking. In the house you will also enjoy spacious and comfortable spaces such as a living room, dining room, kitchen and a balcony that surrounds the entire house, perfect for relaxing with views of the countryside. Outside you will find a terrace, a refreshing pool and a jacuzzi, ideal for rest and enjoying the natural environment. Outside you will also find a terrace and two gazebos: One of them offers space for parking up to three cars. The other is equipped with table and chairs, ideal for eating outdoors or simply enjoying the tranquility and nature that surrounds the property. We have: TV in the living room with access to various apps such as Netflix, Hulu and others for your entertainment. To use them, you will need to log in with your personal account. WIFi available in the entire house. A/C in every room, as well as in the living room, dining room and kitchen, so you feel comfortable at all times. Additional amenities: For your greater comfort, in the house you will also find hair dryer and clothes iron, available so you can easily fix and pack. Guest access During your stay you will have full access to the entire house and its surroundings, including the pool, jacuzzi, terrace and gazebos. We want you to enjoy every corner and feel at home. We only ask you, for safety, not to touch or feed the animals on the neighboring land, such as cows, goats or sheep. Although they are usually quiet, it is better to avoid any accidents.
