Central AC is retrofitted to the house, leaving a couple rooms with window units and fans. On septic tank and well system. Sleeps 15 comfortably with kids, but due to bunk beds with weight limitations, would advise 10-12 adults max and would be plenty of space for some additional children. . Kitchen is designed for a single family and may be difficult to prepare a large meal inside with one oven and range, but there is a large gas and pellet grill for use. Propane and pellets provided. People limited by stairs may find this place challenging as there are many stairs required to go down to the water or even outside to the fire pit area. Dogs are allowed, $30 per night will be added to the total. Anyone who arrives with a pet that did not RSVP and receive approval of the pet ahead of time will be in violation of the house rules and asked to leave. Guest access All space is open for use. Basement is not finished, and used for storage. May access and use washer and dryer which are in the basement.
