It’s design, layout and spacious rooms and hotel size elevator allow for wheelchair access… perfect for multi generational families who need assistance with aging grandparents or families with babies and toddlers etc Stepping through the front door you enter into a large reception hall with access to three living areas, kitchen dining, bathroom and hotel elevator. The three large living areas provide ample space for larger groups to enjoy, with french doors opening out to the garden patios to the rear of the property. Each living room has its own TV and is impeccably decorated with a tasteful mix of quality antique and modern furniture with out the clutter. Downstairs has underfloor heating as well as two wood burning stoves and one open fire. All of the bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and luxury grade cotton bedding. The hotel size elevator is convenient for those who cannot manage the stairs, perfect for busy parents with small children or with elderly family members or anyone with mobility issues and is essential for wheelchair guests. There is a spacious walled private garden ideal for relaxation, BBQ dining and provides peace of mind for young children to play safely. The two-tier garden is well manicured and has beautiful shrubs and flowers planted throughout. The 17th century walls not only provide privacy but a perfect sun trap for those who enjoy the sun. A perfect stay for families and especially multigenerational families. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the property. It has 3 luxury living areas, kitchen dining, utility room, bathroom, hotel size elevator and large hallway on the GROUND floor. There are 3 modern bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms on the FIRST floor. Bedrooms 4 & 5 and bathroom 4 are on the SECOND/ top floor. Bramley House has a secure gated private walled garden and patio areas providing a safe serene comfortable space for you to enjoy. It has a real home from home feel to it. A large electric gate can also be used to close the property off from the village street. Other things to note Bramley House set in the centre of the village, is walkable to all the village amenities and also ♿️wheelchair accessible and thoughtfully designed for guests of all abilities. A hotel size elevator provides access from the ground floor to the first floor and a purpose-built step free layout ensures comfortable movement throughout the home. There is a full size wet room and for families with infants we also provide a children’s changing table, high chair, and a travel cot to make your stay more convenient. We do not permit hen or stag parties or party events on the premises. You are welcome to smoke outside in the designated outdoor areas. Baby sitters can be recommend if required. Service dog friends are welcome. The property is completely gated and secure from village traffic. Dog bed and feeding bowl provided. You are in walking distance to all the village amenities. And driving distance from Dublin to Donegal and beyond …So perfectly located. dark bedding and towels are available if guests require from self tanning.
