Peaceful 2BR/2BA home in Bogart, GA—just 20 mins from downtown Athens & UGA! Perfect for game days, concerts, or conferences. Enjoy the whole house in a quiet cul de sac, 5 mins from Hwy 29/316 & 78. Relax on the back porch with cozy patio furniture, fire up the Blackstone grill, or unwind by the fire pit. A comfy, convenient getaway close to all the Athens action! The space Welcome to our cozy and well-loved home! As this is our primary residence, we kindly ask that you treat it with the same care and respect as your own. Guests are welcome to enjoy all living areas and the fully stocked kitchen—while the pantry is locked, anything in the fridge is yours to use. Please note the garage, master closet, 2nd bedroom/office closet, and dresser drawers will be locked, but the guest room closet is available for your personal belongings. The couch in the 2nd bedroom/office pulls out to a queen size bed, with a mattress pad and sheets in the chaise. Though we have two cats, they won’t be on the property during your stay, and we’ll have the home deep cleaned to minimize any cat hair. Enjoy the outdoor space freely—just cover the furniture when not in use to help keep it clean, and if you use the Blackstone grill, we’d appreciate it if you follow proper care instructions.
