Casa Pez is a cozy oceanfront apartment located in the exclusive La Blanquilla development, within the private residential complex Puerto Real, on Margarita Island. An ideal space to disconnect and enjoy the calm of the environment, with access to a private beach, swimming pools and common areas. Only a 10-minute drive from Playa El Agua and close to nature trails to the paradisiacal beaches of Cabo Negro and Care Care. The space The apartment offers a functional and comfortable layout, designed for a relaxed stay. It has a bright living room with a direct ocean view, a sofa bed, a comfortable sofa, and a dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with complete dishes, glasses, cocktail glasses, utensils and appliances necessary to prepare your meals comfortably. It has two rooms: - Master bedroom with king size bed. - Secondary room with bunk bed that includes a double bed and a single bed, ideal for families or small groups. The accommodation has central air conditioning throughout the property, two functional bathrooms, a washer and dryer. The apartment includes bedding and towels for use during the stay. Guest access Guests will have full access to the residential complex's common areas, including two shared pools and a semi-private beach, located within the development. While it is a mostly quiet and exclusive space, outside hikers can access it. Beach access has showers available for added comfort when returning to the apartment. Other things to note Water will not be a concern: the apartment has 1000 liter tanks located in the external trunk, with an automated system and daily supply. The 500 MB Wi-Fi is connected to a mini UPS that offers up to 10 hours of autonomy in the event of power outages.
