Three-seater sofa bed

Enjoy an idyllic stay in a private & peaceful retreat within walking distance of one of the country's most beautiful (and unknown) beaches! In additional to the standard double-room & spacious kitchen-dining-sitting room, there is a sheltered outdoor spot for dinner & afternoon snoozes should guests wish. Totally private in a beautiful little hamlet, you can either stay & relax or explore the nearby hidden beaches! The space KITCHEN-SITTING-DINING ROOM Recently refurbished to a wonderful and authentic standard. I The room has a Rayburn, an induction hob, modern oven and fridge which you are more than welcome to use. There is a space in the freezer in the back store room. The TV has all freeview stations. Wifi can be used throughout to take advantage of my Sonos or your streaming services. MY STUDY Is my private work room. BEDROOM 2 1 x 6ft bed which can be separated into two single beds BATHROOM Bath, basin, shower and lavatory radiator heated from rayburn plus an electric heater GARDEN Large private garden featuring a lawn (great for children and adults alike!), vegetable patch, bird feeders, sheltered outdoor-eating/reading area and tree-top terrace! (This is not safe for children unless they are well supervised). N.B. - a second toilet is in the bootroom - wifi throughout the house - stairs are steep but accompanied by a handrail. Heating is from the rayburn plus two electric heaters. Guest access Kitchen/dinning/sitting room is one large room which guests can use as well as bedroom and bathroom. Cooking is by pre arrangement but guests are welcome to make tea and coffee for themselves. During your stay I will be living in the house. I am happy to pass on my local knowledge and tips for enjoying the neighbourhood. Other things to note There is a converted barn next to Tresidder which is tennanted. It has separate access and is its own self-contained unit, though one window overlooks a small part of the garden.
