Additional fees may apply. ⚠️ House Rules: Smoke-free property No parties or noise - Please contribute to a comfortable stay for all the neighborhood. No pets sorry! ⚠️ Eco-Friendly Towel Use: We provide one set of towels per guest to support a more sustainable environment. Extra towels are available on request; a fee may apply. ⚠️ Extra bedding: Our apartment accommodates up to 11 guests, with 1 of the sleeping arrangements provided on a comfortable sofa bed due to limited bed availability. There is an additional $40+GST fee for providing linens and setting up the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance if you will require this setup to ensure all guests have a cozy and restful stay! For last-minute bookings, using the sofa bed may incur an additional linen delivery fee.
