The space This 50m2 cottage has a high main living space, i.e. a living room where the kitchen and fireplace are also located. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, cooker hood and microwave. The tap water is municipal drinking water. The cottage has two bedrooms and a loft. One bedroom has a double bed and the other a single loft bed under which there is a workspace where you can, for example, work remotely. The loft has two separate beds and the living room has a double sofa bed. In total, there is a sleeping place for up to 7 people. The sauna section has a wood-burning sauna where a wood-burning stove containing a large number of stones provides a pleasant sauna. The ceiling of the sauna has starry sky lights to create a special atmosphere. The bathroom has a shower where the electric water heater provides enough hot water for almost 10 people to wash consecutively (has been tested). The bathroom also has a toilet and a washing machine. The cabin is heated and, if necessary, also cooled with an air heat pump. In addition, there is a backup fireplace and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Even in winter frosts, it is very comfortable. Outside, in addition to the patio that is the width of the entire cottage, there are two terraces, the larger one closer to the cottage is equipped with a dining set and is well suited for barbecuing and feasting, as well as other activities. Further down the shore of the lake there is another terrace with a yard swing from which it is nice to admire the scenery. The cottage has a gently deepening sandy beach that is well suited for swimming and children's water games. The tenant also has access to a rowboat, life jackets and a SUP board. Naturally, moving on the water is at your own risk. Behind the cottage you will find the owner's garden and vegetable garden. It is allowed to move around there, but of course the plants must not be disturbed. Collecting the bounty of the garden and vegetable garden may be allowed if you ask permission. Guest access Guest access: All the cottage and yard facilities, furniture and belongings, except for the locked storage room upstairs in the cottage where the landlord's belongings are.
