With easy access of Lancaster, the beautiful Kirkby Lonsdale, Morecambe Bay and Carnforth which has a variety of local shops and less than 4 miles from Bolton le Sands where you can have a lovely walk on the sea shore. The M6 is only 3.5 miles away so hop on the M6 and make your way to the beautiful Lake District or Yorkshire Dales National Park. Rural location with lots to do nearby. It has an open plan kitchen/dining/living area so is perfect for family get togethers or short breaks away. Underfloor heating gives the property a cosy feel with ample seating for everyone to unwind and relax. The whole property is situated on the same level with free wifi included. There are two spacious bedrooms with king size beds and both have en-suites. One has a bath and a shower, the other has a wet room style shower area. There is also a separate toilet if anyone is to visit you. A boiler/cloakroom is located next to the kitchen which also has a washing machine and is suitable to dry any wet clothes. The entrance to the property is through private electric gates and there is ample parking outside the property. There are steps up to the property but there is also a ramp access via the adjacent property. There are lots of lovely local walks with access to the canal and beach only minutes away. The property has a small enclosed private patio area. Local take away and supermarket delivery is also available.
