In November 2019, we completed our modern holiday home for 2 families. This apartment is in the attic and is 32 m² in size. House is located in a quiet location surrounded by a lot of nature. The Niers is about 900m away and invites you to hike, cycle and paddle. In the vicinity about 200 m there is a large swimming and natural outdoor pool with a great sauna area. The space Apartment is 32 square meters. What did a colleague say she's not small but reduced to the essentials. Due to the closed bedroom,the bathroom with shower and the living room with integrated kitchen and the bunk above the staircase, the apartment offers many possibilities at a low price. In the living room there is a sofa bed, which means that the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people in extreme cases. The balcony, which connects to the living room, invites you to linger in the fresh air or can also be used for smoking. Guest access You enter the house through the house entrance door and are located in the stairwell. Straight ahead to the ground floor apartment ( travel time) and the stairs go up to the joie de vivre. Both apartments are separated from the stairwell by heavy apartment lock doors with a seal lip downwards. Other things to note The laundry room in the listing means that in the storage room /laundry room in the neighboring house (Seepark 11/11a) a washing machine is available a dryer and a freezer. These are shared by 4 apartments.
