Joie de vivre

In November 2019, we completed our modern vacation home for 2 families. This apartment is in the attic and is 32 m². The house is in a quiet location surrounded by lots of nature. The Niers is about 900 m away and invites you to hike, cycle and paddle. Nearby about 200 m there is a large swimming and natural outdoor pool with a great sauna area. The space The apartment is only 32 square meters. As a colleague said, it is not small but only reduced to the essentials. With the enclosed bedroom, the shower room and the living room with integrated kitchen and the sleeping bunk above the staircase, the apartment offers a wide range of options at a reasonable price. In the living room there is a sofa bed, which in extreme cases can accommodate up to 5 people. The balcony, which adjoins the living room, invites you to linger in the fresh air or can also be used for smoking. Guest access You enter the house through the front door and are in the stairwell. Straight ahead is the ground floor apartment (travel time) and up the stairs to the joie de vivre. Both apartments are separated from the staircase by heavy apartment doors with a sealing lip downwards. Other things to note The laundry room in the listing means that a washing machine, a dryer and a freezer are available in the storage room/laundry room in the neighboring house (Seepark 11/11a). These are shared by 4 apartments.
