The modern, fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher) opens onto a furnished patio, ideal for dining while enjoying stunning views over the gulf. From the kitchen, you can also access the rear service area, which includes a laundry space, drying area, washing machine, and a second outdoor shower with hot water—perfect after a day at the beach. On the same level, the sleeping area features one double bedroom and two single bedrooms, all furnished with new fittings, wardrobes, and bedside tables. The bathroom is modern and functional, with a spacious shower and all necessary amenities. The villa is ideal for a family of up to four guests, with the option to accommodate a fifth person thanks to the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The outdoor spaces are designed for total relaxation, with multiple seating areas surrounded by nature, peaceful silence, and breathtaking views. Guests can also enjoy a covered outdoor kitchen equipped with a barbecue, wood-fired oven, and sink. The patio, with a large table seating up to eight, is perfect for unforgettable al fresco moments. Guest access Upon your arrival, one of our receptionists will be waiting for you to show you the villa and explain the house rules. It is necessary to inform Tenute Lomasi in advance of your expected arrival time by entering this information in the Special Requests section when booking, or by contacting the property using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation. Important: Upon arrival, you will still need to present VALID documents for all guests. To avoid delays, we suggest sending a photo of the documents to the above contact details. A security deposit of Eur 500.00 is required to be paid in advance in cash or pre-debit via pos upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out after the condition of the accommodation has been checked. Upon check-in, you will be asked to pay for your entire stay so that, upon check-out, you will have returned the deposit previously paid. For your car, you will have access to the parking inside the property. Please note that Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. If the guest does not take possession of the accommodation on the scheduled day without communicating the delay, the reservation will be considered canceled and no refund is due. If the TENUTE LOMASI property is forced to cancel the reservation, it will be the property's responsibility to immediately notify the guest, refunding the amount paid or, if possible, proposing an alternative accommodation. The swimming pool measures 5 x 10 m, all around are distributed sunbeds, armchairs and umbrellas. The swimming pool is sanitized with chlorine.
