A beautiful small vege garden with herbs and veges ready to harvest and use with your meals. 35 minutes to Southport, GC 45 minutes to GC Airport 40 minutes from Brisbane Airport The space 3 bedroom house with one bathroom, outdoor entertaining area, lounge room with television and comfortable furniture. Inside and outdoor dining options available. Guest access Guests are free to use the house upstairs this is including two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed. The other room is not available for use. Wardrobes and drawers in master bedroom are not available for use. Board games and television are available for use. There are books available for reading but please be respectful and put them back. Kitchen is available for use. Please be respectful of all of our belongings and take care when using. Other things to note guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and we the host reserve the right to request reimbursement. All damages occurred to the property or any item on the property must be reported as a thorough inspection will be conducted after guests have checked out. Reimbursement for damages will be expected and all damages will be processed through the resolution centre. This includes missing items.
