Welcome to Mortagne sur Sèvre, a "small city of character" full of charm! Newly renovated, our accommodation is a few minutes walk from the Sèvre and the village. If you are a lover of walking or hiking, running or trail running, the banks of the Sèvre will delight you! Nearby, the playground can entertain the youngest, you will also find the municipal swimming pool and a small park with animals. The space * On the ground floor: living room with kitchen and living room (induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sofa bed 140 x 190 cm) * Upstairs: 1 bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed) and 1 bathroom with toilet. On request: * wooden baby chair (it's vintage but still practical!) * travel cot: the bed only has the thin foam at the bottom, if you want a mattress, you will have to remember to bring it. Please note: * This accommodation is non-smoking. * No pets allowed. Practical side: * Bakery and butcher shop are in the village, a 10-minute walk away. There is also a bakery 2 minutes' walk away, but it is closed on weekends. * A Super U is a 5-minute drive away. In the surrounding area: * Puy du Fou 15 minutes away * Château de Tiffauges 25 minutes away * The Oriental Park of Maulévrier 30 minutes away * Clisson 35 minutes away (Hellfest) * Les Sables d'Olonne 1 hour away * Poupet Festival 20 minutes away * Small canoe/kayak base 10 minutes away (Moulin Gazeau) * Pretty little villages where it's good to walk, 5 and 20 minutes by car: Evrunes, St Hilaire de Mortagne, Rochard, Saint Laurent sur Sèvre, Mallièvre...
