1995-21 Ft. bunkhouse camp trailer. Water will be in containers. Refrigerator did work last year. 🤪 Water can be heated with the electric kettle. Think camping cabin but slightly nicer. Electric hot plate can be used outside. Indoor toilet but shower has no hot water. No propane. $10 for every extra person over 4 people. BYO bedding and towels. Or pay extra for sleeping bag use. Price will go up in October because of heating. Bathroom or drains can’t be used after freezing temperatures. The space 10 acres of mostly peaceful quiet, gentle breezes, and singing birds. Ok, it’s not quiet if my dogs are barking or the neighbor’s dogs are. I have 4 dogs. 2 LGDs & a mini Aussie, and a Great Pyrenees. My son has two deaf dogs, (one is 15, the other 9 months old) and his border collie. 16 years old. My husband collected farm implements and restored tractors. Camper is moved into the woods now. Cheap accommodations! Cleaning fee refunded if left like when you first entered. Guest access Open the gate toward the road, not house and drive up to the shop where the abode is parked. Other things to note Some of my bedding can be used like blankets, but I’d rather you just bring your own sleeping bags. Way easier for an old lady. There are no towels. Bring your own. Those beds are murder to use with sheets & blankets. Beds have added foam for comfort. Toilet paper must be disposed of in a trash can. Cold water in reserve tank only. No water heater. Electric kettle to heat water. Electric fry pan. No pets off leash! Clean any dishes used. Heat water in electric kettle. Please clean up after yourself! Wash dishes, sweep floors, wipe up any mud. I will report to Airbnb if left dirty.
