The Cozy Country Loft

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This 2nd floor private studio apartment is located in a quiet country setting on the northside of Muncie. Newly constructed from lots of repurpose materials including handcrafted furniture and antiques radiate a warm feeling of a farmhouse retreat. We are within 4.5 miles of BSU, shopping, and restaurants. A Pizza King, Dollar General and Gas Station are just 1.7 miles away. Tonne Winery just 0.7 miles away! The space The Country Cozy Loft apartment is your private space located in the big red pole barn directly across the driveway from the main house. This space is a 2nd floor studio apartment with no elevator access. So please be advised if anyone in your party may have trouble walking up or down stairs this may not be the place for you. If you don't mind a little stairstep exercise this place is perfect for adult couples, business folks, and anyone just wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. There is one comfortable queen size murphy bed in the main room of the apartment. If you require more space during the day the murphy bed easily folds up into a wall cabinet. Guest access Entry to the unit will be the center BLACK door marked with a Cozy Loft welcome sign. You will be able to use the second patio door off the deck as a second entryway after your arrival into the apartment. There is a designated Cozy Loft Guest Parking sign for guest. More parking is available upon request. There is a large yard located just below the deck guest are welcome to walk pets, play games, exercise or just walk around in. Other things to note Pets Small pets are permitted without a pet deposit but please be advised if your pet causes any damage we will require restitution through this site. Please give us notice if you do plan on bringing a pet. You may occasionally see a friendly gray farm cat roaming the property named Smoke. So, please keep all pets on a leash, at this time, we currently do not have a fenced in yard. Smoking or vaping is NOT permitted in the apartment. Smoking on the exterior deck is permitted. No parties permitted Only guest registered are permitted for overnight stays. Due to multiple steps and deck height, we prefer children to be 10 years or older. Upon request we do have outside games like corn hole boards etc. that guest are welcome to use.
