Guesthouse in Rocky Point

Conveniently located 25 minutes from Downtown Wilmington’s Riverwalk and under 30 minutes from Wrightsville Beach. The space The Guesthouse is directly behind our house and is located in a serene walkable neighborhood. You can get to our neighborhood's public river access with just a 5-7 minute walk or a 2 min drive. We are about 15-20 minutes into Wilmington yet far out enough to steer clear from in town traffic. For longer stays, I want to emphasize that we do not have a washer and dryer option, but have provided Laundromat suggestions nearby. Guest access The entire guesthouse is available for guests to use and can sleep up to 5 comfortably. Other things to note We don’t have a washer dryer in our Guesthouse, but we provide laundromat recommendations nearby.
