Coastal River Guesthouse

Come get away with family or friends to this cozy guest house located near the Cape Fear River. It has a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking and coffee needs, a comfortable living area and fun game room upstairs for the whole crew to enjoy! Take a 5 minute walk to the neighborhood river access to enjoy the scenic view, fish, or if you're feeling adventurous you can take the Kayaks out! The Guest House 13 miles from Downtown Wilmington River Walk and 17 miles from Wrightsville Beach. The space The Guesthouse is directly behind our house and is located in a serene walkable neighborhood. You can get to our neighborhood's public river access with just a 5-7 minute walk or a 2 min drive. We are about 15-20 minutes into Wilmington yet far out enough to steer clear from in town traffic. For longer stays, I want to emphasize that we do not have a washer and dryer option, but have provided Laundromat suggestions nearby. Guest access The entire guesthouse is available for guests to use and can sleep up to 5 comfortably. Other things to note We don’t have a washer dryer in our Guesthouse, but we provide laundromat recommendations nearby.
