Ground floor – Living area & Facilities Living room: Cosy room with a dining table for six people, a comfortable seating area with a sofa and an armchair, an 80 cm Led Tv and a coffee/shoe rack by the entrance. An air conditioner by the stairs ensures a pleasant temperature on the ground floor. Kitchen: Compact but fully equipped, including a 3-burner electric hob, oven, microwave with convection function, filter coffee maker, espresso pot, kettle, juicer and all necessary pans, kitchenware and crockery. This can be achieved by temporarily switching off the camera system or physically covering the cameras.
