The area is very accessible to traffic, with multiple bus lines (53, 237, 328, 123, 343, 105 and more) that connect you to different parts of the city. The apartment has a double bed, a single sofa bed, WiFi, a Smart TV, an equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a balcony. The space Located in an 8-story building with elevator access, our apartment is ideal for 3 people and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay in Caseros. The unit features: A master bedroom with a queen size bed. A sofa bed, which can be used as a 1 plaza bed, in the living room.(no blind or black out). A kitchen equipped with basic utensils, refrigerator with freezer, gas stove and table with chairs. One full Bathroom. Among the services included are Wi-Fi and Smart TV. Possibility to rent a carport in the building by 5 usd per day. We provide bed linen (sheets and pillow cases), towels and towels. We include detergent, hand soap and cleaning art but we do not include shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Possibility of renting a carport in the building. Cost: 10,000 pesos per day. Other things to note 🏡 House Rules No parties or gatherings allowed. Avoid making loud noises, especially between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Only the people listed in the reservation can enter the apartment. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. Please be mindful of electricity, gas, and water consumption. Turn off lights and appliances when not in use. If you are staying with pets, they must remain on a leash and harness in the common areas. Maximum 3 people at a time in the elevator, for safety and good use of it.
