The space The home is new construction, with a fit and finish very appropriate for its trendy, rapidly developing surroundings. ~LAYOUT~ The first floor features an open-concept layout—perfect for gathering—plus a powder room off the kitchen. Step outside to the back deck for alfresco dining, a private hot tub, and a grill. Upstairs, the second floor offers two bedrooms: a spacious king suite with a full bath, and a queen bedroom with direct access to a hallway bath. You’ll also find the laundry room here. On the third floor, unwind in the media room with a gas fireplace and 100" projector screen. The sectional folds into a queen bed, and sliding doors open to a sky-facing balcony with sun loungers. Toward the front of the house is a second king bedroom with a crib and another full bath.
