Lovely Vacation Rental Home with WiFi and Pool

Fantastic vacation rental home in Playa de Las Americas, Tenerife South. It´s in a popular, very well located and looked after complex with communal gardens, heated swimming pool with extensive sunbathing areas as well as a good pool bar, all of this at only a stones throw from the beach. The complex is in a prime position in the genuine Playa de Las Americas area, this area is all flat and as such is well suited to cater for those with mobility issues. The space Cozy vacation rental home in a sought after, very well located and looked after complex with heated swimming pool close to the beaches of the South of the Island. Area plenty of amenities, quality restaurants and nice shops all around. The beautiful Golden Mile of Las Americas is nearby and better if you visit its colorful and lively life during the night. The property is not a duplex but all flat so forget about bothering stairs. The floor area is 53.25 m2 and the terrace is really large at 24.5 m2. Both the bedroom and the lounge have patio doors onto the terrace. The terrace is not only huge but also also all day Sunny as it faces South. As well spacious living-room, separate bedroom with a king double bed, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing maching, LED TV with lots of international channels (in Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Dutch...), plus its own WiFi 4G signal. All in all I´d say this property is just special because of its location inside the complex and its huge balcony since where you´ll enjoy nice views down over the pool and out to the sea, ahhh and don´t miss its lovely sunsets. :-) We don´t recommend it for three adults, but just for 2 adults or 2 adults plus 1 or 2 kids because the bathroom is in suite. We just love it and hope you do if you visit it! :-) Ideal for mature couples. Guest access Swimming pool with space for the little ones, Snack-Bar in the complex with really competitive prices, common bathing area in the pool. Of course, the pool is absolutely available for free to guests at no additional charge, but the rental of sunbeds for €3.50 and umbrellas for 1,50€ can be hired each. This amount is dedicated to its maintenance, cleaning and vigilance. Other things to note The pool of the complex is free access for guests. It is possible to hire the loungers for 3, the mats or umbrellas (3.5 E, 1.5 E and 1.5 E respectively per day).
