The pool is shared with the owner of the main house, guests have access from 9 AM-8 PM. Laundry access is available to guests staying 5+ days with 2 designated days per week. While the main home is also on the property, the casita is stand-alone, fully detached and offers complete privacy. Other things to note A self-contained RV (camper/motorhome/tow-behind trailer) is required to rent this space. The site accommodates up to 4 adult guests—2 in the casita and 2 in the RV—with the option to include 2 additional minor children. All guests are welcome to enjoy the shared facilities. Pets are welcome with pre-approval and require a $50 per pet fee, 2 pets max. Monthly pet fees are $150 per pet. No parties, events, or unregistered guests. Quiet hours: 7 AM-10 PM We welcome clean, quiet, and conscientious guests. Only the guests on the reservation should occupy the space. Maintaining the home's integrity and security is a top priority, ensuring a positive relationship with neighbors.
