Quiet apartment directly on the lake! Welcome to your personal time-out on the water! Our lovingly furnished apartment is located directly on the quiet lake shore and offers you the perfect retreat to escape the ordinary. Enjoy the view of the sparkling water in the morning with a cup of coffee on the terrace and the gentle splash of the waves at sunset in the evening. The surroundings are idyllic, quiet and ideal for those seeking nature, relaxation and privacy. The space Our cozy accommodation is quietly located at the end of a road that leads directly to the lake – perfect conditions for relaxing days in fantastic surroundings. The fully equipped kitchen, with a dining area for up to six people, invites you to cook and enjoy meals together. For entertainment, flat screen TVs are provided in the kitchen, living room and one of the two bedrooms. Living room offers a comfortable sofa bed for another guest. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space. Another bedroom offers a direct lake view and a double bed – perfectly complemented by a small anteroom that can also be used as a separate room (please note: both rooms have a much lower ceiling height and can only be accessed via a small staircase and a small door!). A modern bathroom with shower completes the offer. Guest access Our apartment is completely available to our guests – they have access to all areas within the accommodation as well as to the garden, which we are happy to share for use. Please note that the upper apartment in the house as well as the outbuildings and the office are used privately and are therefore not accessible. Other things to note While guests are in the property, no one else is on site, so the garden with the terrace is exclusively used by our guests. A grill is included in the price, but it must be cleaned again before departure if it has been used.
