Rural accommodation on a farm for the big family! The space Welcome to the farmhouse on our farm and commercial garden just outside Mjölby, a few km from E4! Close to Vadstena, Skogssjön, Omberg and the bird lake Tåkern! 20 minutes to Linköping and there is Old Linköping and the Air Force Museum, which are well-visited tourist destinations. 1 hour to Kolmården Zoo and 1.5 hours to Astrid Lindgren's World. Visingsö, Gränna and its polkagrisar about 45 minutes away. On the farm there are several large greenhouses and we hosts live in the house next to the farmhouse and work in the business all year round. There are also two horses, seven sheep, a few rabbits, about fifty chickens, a dog and three farm cats. About the farmhouse: The house is built in 1920 and is 100 sqm. It was from the beginning worker's residence of the gardeners who worked in the yard in season. All rooms are in lane and it's the entire upstairs we rent out. Bedroom 1: continental bed, 210 cm wide. Baby bed/changing table 80x200 cm (max 100 kg). Cot is available upon request. Bedroom 2: two separate single beds, one 90 cm and one 80 cm. In this room there are also some toys, games and books for children. Bedroom 3: continental bed, 160 cm wide. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located in a row in one part of the house. Bedroom 1 is located at the other end of the house. In between are the kitchen, bathroom and social areas. Kitchen: Spacious kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and smaller work bench. Bathroom: tiled bathroom with washing machine and large shower cabin. Living room/dining room: open floor plan with corner sofa and armchair, TV with Wi-Fi and DVD player. Dining room table with six chairs. Two high chairs are in addition to that, one antelope and one for half-sized children. Garden/patio: the farmhouse garden is on two floors. Exit to upper level from living/dining room. The upper floor is protected by shrubs and there are tables and chairs, grill and pallet collars with spices, tomatoes, strawberries and strawberries. Feel free to share what's in the farmhouse pallet collars! The lower part of the garden consists of lawn, a trampoline (used at your own risk), a smaller sandbox, long tables and benches as well as two sun beds. Other good things to know about the farm/us: our family consists of Sofia, Joachim and our four-year-old son. The trading garden is open the March service of July as well as sept-dec. Then it's the hustle and bustle of the farm and we are a popular destination for families with children and gardeners. In between, we have closed and the tranquility is found. We also have a small boat with boat place in fantastic Vadstena (20 min from the farm) that you are welcome to borrow. The boat is used extensively by us, but just let me know when you want to use it! Metspoon and life jackets available. The boat should be booked in advance as we need to be there for instructions on site. Dogs are warmly welcome at an additional cost of SEK 200/dog. Your dog must be on a leash outdoors as some of the chickens walk freely on the farm and will most likely come to visit the farmhouse garden! Accompanying dogs are not allowed on the couch or beds.
