Come and enjoy the charm and calm of the Normandy countryside. Our family home, located in a peaceful subdivision where life is good, will allow you to spend pleasant moments. Enjoy the south/west terrace, the enclosed garden without overlooking neighbors or the swimming pool on sunny days. And the comfort of the wood-burning stove if needed. Upstairs: - A master bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) overlooking a fully equipped baby room; - A children's room with single beds (90 x 200 cm); - A room dedicated to teleworking, containing a sleeping area of 2 single beds (80 x 200 cm); - Toilets. Outside: - Long driveway to park vehicles; - Double terrace facing south and southwest; - Enclosed garden; - Self-supporting swimming pool, unheated, dimensions: W 4.50 x L 2.75 x D 1.20; - Swing. Guest access All the rooms of the house (except the attic) and the outdoor space (terrace, garden, parking) are accessible to you. The codes for the motorized gate and the lockbox are given to you by courier on the day of your arrival. So you are totally autonomous on the subject. A welcome booklet awaits you to give you details and in particular our telephone numbers. Other things to note Our house is located in a small village in the Bray countryside and 600 m from the town center. It offers all the amenities necessary for daily life: bakeries, butcher shop, banks, pharmacy, bar-tobacconist, supermarket... and even a medical center. The local countryside environment allows you to take walks outdoors. Notice to runners and walkers, excellent routes are available to you in the forest and/or on the plains. The Avenue Verte - a former railway line historically connecting Paris to London - is only 10 minutes away by car. Ideal for your bike and scooter trips and fully paved and prohibited for motor vehicles. Many ponds a few minutes away (Wanchy, Douvrend, Dancourt) allow you to fish for farmed trout: ideal for a great time with family or friends. And of course, Neufchatel-en-Bray 15 minutes away, known for its cheese and local products (cider, honey), which also offers an aquatic complex (swimming pool, slide and water games) Want a little more escape or to discover the surroundings?
