A spacious and stylish family home, with stunning living space, 4 bedrooms and a large garden with superb entertaining space. Located on the sensational South Devon coastline with tranquil sandy beaches, access to the rugged open spaces of Dartmoor and nestled in a real Devon village within the South Hams area of national beauty. Walking distance from coffee shops, several pubs and lovely local shops, including a deli and family butchers. Have fun with the whole family at our stylish place. The space The Coach House has a large open-plan living/dining/kitchen space that's stylishly decorated with a large TV and sound system, multiple sofas, armchairs and a large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you are likely to need, including a Sage Touch Espresso machine. Directly connected to the living space is the main patio, where you'll find outdoor sofas for soaking up the sun, a large dining table, and two Weber BBQs (gas and charcoal). The sleeping accommodation consists of a large main double bedroom with dressing room and en suite, two lovely further double bedrooms each with double height ceilings, and a twin room with a bunk bed and a single bed. There is also a separate playroom with toys, a sofa and another TV. (This sofa can convert into another double bed if required) There are three bathrooms, including the two en-suites, plus a downstairs loo and a very private and glorious Balinese-style outdoor shower room (perfect for when you are coming off the beach). The back garden is large and private, with plenty of lawn for playing and a decent trampoline. The top terrace has another lovely outdoor sofa, which is perfect for soaking up the sun, or lighting the fire pit and watching the evening sky. This is also a great place to listen to the birdsong (including owls and woodpeckers) or to watch the bats wheeling around in the evening! The private drive has parking for 5-6 cars. Guest access Guests will have sole and full access to the house and gardens. Other things to note The house is very peacefully located on the edge of Modbury which is a lovely little town, nestled in the South Hams area of Natural beauty and containing great coffee shops, pubs and local shops, including a useful Co-Op, deli and family butchers. All within easy walking distance. Modbury is surrounded by lovely countryside with lots of walking and cycling routes. There are a raft of lovely sandy beaches nearby, the nearest is Wonwell, which is a stunning swimming spot and only a 10-minute' drive, others include Bigbury, Bantham, Thurleston and the stunning coves at nearby Salcombe. Kingsbridge town with it's harbour, estuary and lovely high street is 15 minutes away, as is Salcombe with its stunning views. Totnes and Dartmouth are also both within easy reach. Dartmoor, with its stunning vistas and hiking, is also close, being about a 15-minute drive to the closest point.
