Two master suites, a bedroom for the kiddos, and a fourth room that can be a hangout or sleep area with a convertible sofa - all make a perfect place for growing families. This home also has three bathrooms. Near the Rio Grande river, the outlet mall, and the New Mexico wine tour. The space This property has a large open kitchen/living/dining area ideal for family gatherings. This area opens into a huge backyard with a pool and a fire pit. When your fun in the sun is done, you can either relax in the outdoor patio, play board games in the living room, or snuggle up to a movie at anyone of our three TV's. This house has one king size bed, one queen size bed, one set of bunk beds, and fourth office bedroom equipped with couch bed. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house except the stockroom closet which is located in the primary bathroom and is under lock and key. The only other area that is off limits is the grounds keeper's supply shelf located in the garage. All items on this shelf are off limits to guests.
