Nearby, a hidden laundry nook with a washer makes long stays effortless. Enjoy home-cooked meals at the classic wooden dining table, then step outside to the expansive deck, where a BBQ and lush backyard create the perfect backdrop for evening gatherings under the stars. As night falls, retreat to one of four well-appointed bedrooms. On the ground floor, a double-bedded room with a built-in wardrobe provides a peaceful escape. Across the hall, the home office with a built-in desk, ergonomic chair, and shelves stocked with books and board games is perfect for catching up on work. Refresh in the modern family bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, retreat to the air-conditioned primary bedroom, complete with a queen bed, TV, walk-in wardrobe, portable heater, and ceiling fan for a restful stay. Step onto your private balcony to soak in the garden views before indulging in the ensuite’s rejuvenating shower or deep bathtub (spa function unavailable). Two additional bedrooms—one queen, one double—offer restful spaces, each equipped with ceiling fans and split-system cooling and heating. A convenient half-bathroom is just steps away. Take advantage of two dedicated driveway spots and ample free street parking for a hassle-free stay. Please note that the granny flat is not available for guest use. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves, with the exception of the granny flat, which is not available for guest use. Please make yourselves at home! Other things to note Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally. The big bins are collected every Tuesday, so they must be placed on the footpath for collection every Monday evening. Guests staying on Monday - Tuesday are asked to take the bins out. If you're not comfortable with this, please consider another listing. The gardener arrives after 10am on the last Tuesday or Wednesday of the month. We are unable to replace the BBQ gas bottle when it runs out. However, if a guest exchanges the empty gas bottle for a full one at the local petrol station, we will reimburse the cost. Please note that the spa bath function in the ensuite bathroom is not working, but the bath is still functional.
