LCD TV-32 inch SMART for your exclusive entertainment. King size bed, Wardrobe, 1 washroom with 1 geyser. Kitchen with Refrigerator,RO water purifier, Gas stove with basic essential utensils, crockery cutlery and glassware. Other things to Note: LPG gas usage is on chargeable basis. This is a Non-Smoking and you can only use the balcony to smokes. Our Apartments are run with a lot of love care and vigilance. We request all our guests to take care and enjoy this suite as their own. This would be truly their, home away from home. please note that in case of power cuts we have an inverter setup which would give you light and fan use to last you until the power is restored by the electricity department or maintainance. We do not have switches connected to inverter and they won't work during power cuts . The airconditioner would not work during power cuts. parking is free for 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers, however it can be parked open space, there is no fixed spot, Housekeeping once a day between 10Am to2 PM with the day advance coordinated timing. Housekeeping once a day between 10Am to2 PM. Unregistered Visitors are not allowed to enter the premises. please meet friends or any other person outside the property. As per the Property rules and security reasons. ***Illegal Activities illegal activities ( Drugs/Escort services or engaging in any activity against the law are strictly prohibited. If found any guest is involved in the above mention Activities, the host reserves the rights to call the local police and register a complain with them. This would also mean immediate suspension of the stay without any kind of refund. Where you will be Calangaute, Goa, India We are next door party places and best restaurant in North Goa. There is nothing better then driving down with your own vehicle. But if you don't drive or ride not to worry we are located in the most happening part of the town so everything is at walking distance. Swimming Pool access is chargeable per Guest basis as per the Resort complex policy. Other things to note Checkin time is 2:00 PM and Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early Check-in and Late Check-out are provided basis the availability and additional cost basis. There would be late night check-in fer of Rs 150/ to be paid to our staff in case you arrive post 10:30 AM till 7:00 AM Additional bed and mattress are on additional charges basis. Swimming Pool access is given as per the Resort policy on chargeable basis
