A 10-minute walk from the train station, close to bus stops, tram, shops and 5 minutes from the Place de la République, it is perfect for a tourist getaway or a business trip. We've thought of every detail to make you feel at home. Parking is free in part of our street as well as in some adjacent streets. The space Our apartment is quiet, in a small condominium. It is located in the courtyard building on the 1st floor without elevator access. It offers a pleasant living space with a living room open to a fully equipped kitchen: fridge with freezer, induction table, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender. We also provide you with some essentials for cooking: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, pasta, rice, as well as dishwashing liquid. In the living room, you can relax on a comfortable sofa, enjoy a TV and fiber optic Wi-Fi for quick Internet access. The bedroom, with a soft and relaxing atmosphere, has a quality 140 bedding. An open bathroom with shower. We provide: towels, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, cotton makeup remover, cotton swab as well as a hairdryer, iron and washing machine for more convenience.
