We live next door with our friendly springer spaniel, and our two grown up children. The Beechside annex is in a quiet, private road with parking and if required, for a small fee, we can provide EV charging. We can also on request provide dog sitting and walking services,’please ask if this is something you would like to arrange. The space Beechside has an open plan sitting room & kitchen with French doors opening onto a private patio area. The patio has table & chairs to relax outside with potted plants and also access to the side parking area. All on one level, the bedroom has en-suite bathroom with wc & shower. The bedroom also has French doors leading on to an additional small side patio with bistro set. Guest access Available to guests is a gravelled patio area accessed by French doors, plus a side patio accessed by French doors off the bedroom. Entry is via a lockbox with provided key code.
