It is share bathroom, laundry and kitchen While only a 5 minute direct and an easy drive to the town of Richmond, Agnes Banks maintains a rural residential character. You can also enjoy an easy run into Penrith Richmond offers the perfect blend of convenience and accessibility. You’ll be just 5 minutes drive from Shops, Cafes, Polo Clubs, University and RAAF Base. It is quiet and peaceful, safe and secure and is a great location and base to explore the historic towns of the Hawkesbury and visit the natural wonders of the beautiful Blue Mountains where you will find The Three Sisters I will include some personal photos taken recently of the Three Sister's and a wonderful moment experiencing a Pink Moon. Also the Sydney Zoo which I would definitely recommend (photo's are shown with consent of the guests) For additional comfort, it has reverse cycle air conditioning. Please turn it off when leaving the home. For peace of mind, it is also remotely controlled Listed below are items that are provided exclusively for your own use :- TV with Chromecast and unlimited Wifi Small Fridge, Microwave, Airfryer, Cuisinart Oven, EXpressi Coffee Machine, Kettle and Toaster. * Also provided is an iron and ironing board, towels and soap, shampoo and conditioner and a hairdryer and dressing gowns Food is not provided but I have provided a complimentary selection tea and coffee. Or a short drive away are great cafes offering a variety of cuisines to indulge in a delicious breakfast or lunch Supplies are not replenished during your stay. It is suitable for guests that have mobility problems. There is a safety railing into the main house and other safety measures have been put into place Not suitable for wheelchair Guest access You are welcome to use the kitchen in the main house also the laundry, there is a per load/hour, fee of $5 for the use of the dryer. You also have the use of the back yard and of course the 3 room bathroom Long and Short Term stays are available During your stay I live on the property so I am available when you need me or you can call me. I will respect your privacy please reciprocate Other things to note - No pets allowed - No parties or events - No Smoking in the room but is allowed outside. - Absolutely NO illegal substances For my safety and security I will need a photo copy of your driver's licence and your contact details.
