There other bedrooms consists of 6 king singles which can be combined to form a split super king bed. A generous size Heating warms the entire house and individual heaters are also located in each room. The space The Cozy Hyde Away property is a 4 bedroom newly built family home. It is a warm house that offers space as the interior is designed to accommodate guests at a comfortable level during your stay. The architecture of this home is carefully designed to allow natural sunlight to flow through each room creating a naturally warm and comfortable atmosphere inside the house. The living space has a cozy spacious sofa for you to enjoy the new 55" 4K QLED Smart TV which is connected to wifi and the entertainment system can also be connected through your personal devices. A fully equipped kitchen has all the basic kitchenware and utensils. Navigate through the cupboards in the kitchen space to find the essentials. Salt, pepper, oil, sugar, tea and coffee are also provided. In the walk in pantry you will find new appliances which includes a microwave, plunger coffee, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bedrooms consists of 1 master ensuite with a walk in wardrobe 3 double rooms each consists of 2 king single beds which can be combined into a split super king bed. Shampoo, hand wash soap and body wash are provided for your convenience. Washing machine and dryer are located in the garage and are available for guest use. PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION🙂 Hyde Street is conveniently located in a quiet and accessible area of Invercargill. The house is just 2 minutes from Southland Hospital and New World South City Mall, with restaurants, takeaway food, and everyday conveniences close by. The property is also seconds from State Highway 1, providing easy access to Bluff and surrounding beaches. The main town centre is only a few minutes’ drive, making it simple to explore shops, cafés, and local attractions while still enjoying a peaceful stay. Guest access Guest have full access to the house. Guest are also welcome to use the garage however, the garage door can only be opened internally via garage button. **Please do not open the white cupboard in the garage as these are stock for the cleaners.
