Family gîte near Amboise

Come and enjoy a great time with family or friends in this beautiful, spacious cottage, renovated in 2025! In the heart of the countryside and close to Amboise and its castle, Leonardo da Vinci's Clos Lucé (8 km), the Châteaux of Chenonceau and Chaumont (10 km), the wineries and vineyards of our local wines, and the Beauval Zoo (35 km). Plenty of activities to make your stay a delight! Pétanque courts are 150 m from the cottage and a City stadium 500 m from the cottage. Shops are 6 km away. The space Here's how our Gîte of more than 110m² is composed: On the ground floor: You will enter a very large living room with fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Senseo, coffee maker, kettle and everything you need for cooking). You can also find: -A TV and WIFI -A separate toilet - Bathroom with shower - A second living room with darts, foosball and board games Upstairs you will find, -A bathroom with bathtub and shower -A separate toilet -3 Bedrooms: *The "blue" room composed of a 160 bed and a 90 bed (possibility to add a mattress on the floor in this room which is very large (if family of 4 in particular) + TV *The "white" bedroom has a 160 bed and a 90 bed. *The "yellow" room has a 140 bed and two 90 bunk beds. On each bed (with mattress pad) you will find one or two pillows (with mattress pad), a duvet and a blanket. In the cottage you will find equipment for your baby (high chair, changing table, umbrella bed, potty, baby bath and a child safety gate installed at the top of the stairs). All basic necessities are at your disposal (coffee, tea, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo and all cleaning products) Outside: You can enjoy the view of the terrace field (unfenced grounds) with garden furniture and a garden table for 10 people. You will have a barbecue, umbrella and a children's cabin that are at your disposal. In order to best meet your expectations and needs, we suggest you have the choice for the options below: -Linens: €150: Linens and towels are provided (beds made upon your arrival). If you only need a few beds, please specify. - Cleaning: €150: maintenance is carried out after your stay. If you don't want to take these options, you can do the cleaning before you leave and put the cottage back very clean, as you found it! and bring your bed sheets and towels!
