The fully equipped kitchen is designed for both casual and gourmet meals, complete with a capsule coffee machine and everything you need for cooking. Guest access As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the private pool, sauna, spacious terraces, and the outdoor BBQ area. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are yours to relax and entertain in, and you’ll also have access to the guest house for added privacy. You’ll have exclusive use of the villa’s amenities, including the fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and all other facilities within the home. Free private parking is available on the property for up to 3 cars, and there are no parking reservations needed. Feel free to explore the neighborhood or simply unwind in the tranquility of the villa—you have access to everything to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! Other things to note Housekeeping Service: Twice a week housekeeping is included in your stay, so you can relax and enjoy your time without worrying about cleaning. Pool & Garden Maintenance: Weekly pool cleaning and gardening are provided to keep the property in pristine condition. Safety: The villa is equipped with safety features, including smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and a first-aid kit for your peace of mind. Noise: The neighborhood is generally peaceful, but please be respectful of the neighbors during late hours. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is from 3.00 PM and check-out is by 11.00 AM. If you need flexibility with times, feel free to reach out, and I’ll do my best to accommodate. Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this time. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Please use the outdoor areas if you wish to smoke. Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning beyond normal wear and tear. Issues may be reported through Airbnb’s Resolution Center and handled under AirCover. Please report any accidental damage during your stay. The property is inspected before and after each stay, and guests are expected to follow house rules and treat the property with care.
