Within our neighborhood you will find 4 restaurants and a small groceries store. whole neighborhood is guarded at night and Pip House sits within a second gated area for extra safety. Getting around can be tricky as it is hot in the area and walking can be a hassle to some. Getting to all 4 restaurants, groceries store and Tamarindo is very easy by foot, no longer than 10 minute walks. Bikes are available for rent. If you choose to drive, we offer safe parking and getting around will be much easier.
