Because of safety and allergy issues, Please bring your own baby bedding and Baby personal items. （ Baby Bath Towels, Soft cushions, Quilts,Sheets and Pillows) Thanks！ - Welcome Pack : The room includes a Welcome Pack containing: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap liquid and 2* toilet paper rolls in each Bathroom. If you require additional essentials, please order them in advance (Extra fees may apply) or bring your own. Thanks. - Change of Booking Dates: If you would like to make changes to your booking date, please note that we do not allow any changes to reservations within 20 days of your check-in date. - Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your booking, please follow the cancellation policy. - NO Front Desk Service: Please ensure that you carry your keys with you when leaving the apartment. As we don't have Front Desk Service in the building, any Call-out service to Deliver Key may incur a Fee of up to $100+. - Deposit: A $300 security deposit and ID verification may apply in certain cases, such as flash bookings, last-minute reservations, low ratings, or a lack of prior booking history.
