If you are looking to get off the beaten track while being centrally located this is it. Morning Glory Ridge is tucked away down a winding driveway. The Mountain view is breathtaking and always changing! Drive slow we share our property with wildlife. Fifteen minutes to downtown Mt Airy, twenty minutes to Galax and Elkin. The entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway is ten miles away. Located in the midst of Surry and Yadkin County wine country, the home of Bluegrass music. So many things to see! The space Secondary unit in a home. Best for folks that don’t mind others around and enjoy the outdoors. The space consists of a large living/dining space that we call the gathering room. Lots of interior and exterior space to enjoy. There is a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster oven for your convenience NOT a full kitchen. Hotel type kitchenette. There are two bedrooms joined by a Jack and Jill bathroom. Second half bathroom is located in the hallway. Adjoining deck is very spacious with seating and dining area with mountains in the background. Please note this house is a residence divided into two sections. Owners live in the back. Centrally located to explore quaint mountain towns, the Blue Ridge Parkway and many wineries! If you need more space we have a second listing, Morning Glory Ridge Too. Guest access Guest efficiency apartment. Gathering room, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, deck and grounds for guests. Separate owners quarters with private entrance. There are numerous places to visit. Let us know if we can help with planning day trips. Pilot Mountain and Stone Mountain Park are 20 minutes away if you want to hike. There are over 20 wineries in the area. My Airy, Pilot Mountain, Elkin, Sparta and Galax all have downtown areas to explore. Come visit the Blue Ridge Mountains! You will never want to leave.
