Beautiful house on private lake

The small property consists of a main house and an apartment and has parking spaces, green areas, various hedges, fruit trees and conifers for common use. From the large terrace with its lounge furniture and loungers, you have a magnificent view over the lake. The lake is not suitable for swimming. Within walking distance (5 minutes) you can reach a grocery store and a bus stop for trips to Bremerhaven or Bad Bederkesa. The space The main house is equipped with underfloor heating throughout. The floors are tiled, laminate, or parquet. Carpeting was consistently avoided. On the ground floor, starting from the entrance area, you will find the open-plan kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle), the living and dining room with a piano and TV + DVD player, and the “blue room” (approx. 10 sqm) with a sofa bed and its own bathroom (shower, toilet). Above this is the “green room” (approx. 16 m²) with a view of the garden, an additional sofa, and a TV. The “yellow room” (approx. 17 square meters) and the bedroom (approx. 25 square meters) have views overlooking the lake. The dressing room with an open closet is part of the bedroom. In the spacious bathroom, you will find a shower stall and a bathtub with a whirlpool function. All bedrooms have a closet and seating options in addition to the double bed. A basketball hoop and a foldable ping-pong table ensure plenty of exercise. Other things to note When using the charging station for electric cars, there are fees of €0.30 per kWh to be paid afterwards.
